Bhushan is the joint global leader of PwC’s People & Organization practice, where he shapes and drives the firm’s global network strategy across 11000+ practitioners in 150+ countries delivering standalone and integrated solutions across people strategy, technology, process and risk & compliance. Within the US, he works with financial services executives to define and implement targeted People & Organization strategies which enable sustainable business, financial and customer outcomes.

Recent experiences include enterprise, front and back office operating model design, workforce strategy & planning, building digital workforce capabilities, post-merger integration, employee experience and culture led change. Bhushan is a sought after spokesperson on topics including future workforce strategies, productivity and people impacts of robotics/AI.
