In part one, Vince discusses why he failed at retiring the first time, how his adaptability prepared him for his post-career, and how he meets other Resolutionists.

About Vince Sadusky:
Vince has more than 20 years’ experience as public growth/levered company CEO, CFO and board member. He has a track record of improving businesses and driving strategic transactions. Vince has grown and turned around US media companies, resulting in a successful sale of each Company. Vince was CEO and board member of Univision Communications, the largest Hispanic media company in the US, operating multiple broadcast and cable networks, local TV and radio stations, digital video and audio streaming.

Prior to Univision, Vince was CEO and board member of Media General, a local TV station and digital media company with more than 50 TV stations and 5,000 employees. Vince was CEO and board member of LIN Media a local TV station broadcaster and digital media company, where he doubled revenue during his seven year tenure, prior to its sale to Media General. Vince was also CFO of Telemundo, the only other significant US Hispanic broadcast network.

Vince is an engaged industry leader, having served on the boards of the prestigious Paley Center for Media, the National Association of Broadcasters and was the treasurer for the NBC Affiliates Board. A longtime Florida resident, Vince also serves on the board of The Florida Council of 100, an organization of business leaders dedicated to promote Florida’s economic growth and improve the quality of life of its citizens. Vince is a board member and audit committee chairman of International Gaming Technology based in London, one of the world’s largest lottery and gaming equipment companies. Vince also co-founded JVB Financial Group and Zeus Financial, fixed-income securities trading firms. Vince sold books door-to-door several college summers to help finance his Penn State University education, where he was a University Scholar, and completed his
MBA from New York Institute of Technology attending courses nights and weekends.
Besides his media career, Vince plays guitar with his rock band, Kings Highway, and enjoys sport-fishing, skiing, surfing and mountain biking.
